1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Advantage Hotels & Resorts booking platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking Policies
- One Room Per User: Each user may have only one active reservation at a time.
- Room Selection: Room selection is not guaranteed. While we strive to accommodate your preferences, room assignments may be changed due to system errors, property changes, availability, or operational requirements.
- Booking Window: Bookings are only available within 4 days of the session date.
- OneResort Benefits: Membership benefits are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. OneResort is an internal Advantage Hotels & Resorts membership program.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled by contacting support through our Discord server. Refunds will be provided accordingly based on the timing of the cancellation.
- System Errors: In the event of a system error that results in incorrect bookings, we reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations and provide a full refund.
- Property Changes: If a property becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to relocate your booking to a comparable property or provide a full refund.
4. OneResort Membership
- OneResort is the internal membership program of Advantage Hotels & Resorts.
- Points are earned based on your membership tier.
- Benefits are subject to availability and may be modified without prior notice.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roblox account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when making reservations.
- You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Advantage Hotels & Resorts is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Service interruptions or system errors.
- Changes in room availability or property conditions.
- Third-party service failures (including Discord).
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
